Leading Edge Logistics Triples Company's Credit Facility

New Refinancing Arrangement Strengthens LEL Expansion Efforts

(September 24, 2008) Philadelphia: Leading Edge Logistics (LEL), one of the fastest growing non-asset based third party logistics companies, has received a $15,000,000 credit facility from PNC Bank, National Association. The new credit facility triples the size of the company’s existing lines and will be used to facilitate Leading Edge Logistics’ growth.

The company has experienced phenomenal growth with more than 50% revenue growth in the past few years. Revenues for last year alone were $50 million, and for 2008 revenues are expected to approach $100 million.

The funds from the expanded credit facility will be used to continue the company’s expansion through both organic growth and a targeted acquisition program as well as to meet the firm’s working capital needs.

“LEL’s rapid growth has stretched its financial capacity for stable growth. This new credit facility will help assure LEL vendors are paid within terms and protect the A+ credit rating that has been a founding principle of the company’s management philosophy,” said Gary Varney, CFO of Leading Edge Logistics.
