Leading Edge Logistics, LLC is a logistics service provider, a non-asset based third party logistics management company (“3PL”). Leading Edge Logistics was founded in 1996 by Thomas D. Torcomian and Michael Miller. The company’s corporate headquarters are located in Philadelphia, PA and our operations headquarters are in Troy, MI.

LEL operates several offices in the United States servicing a growing list of America’s finest companies. Major Operations centers are in Houston, TX (Specialized/Heavy Haul Services), Dallas, TX (Freight Forwarding/International Operations) and Charlotte, NC. Satellite operations offices are located in Indianapolis, IN, Durham, NC, and Buffalo, NY.

Our primary customers require time sensitive, service sensitive delivery of their products. Our services include Truckload Transportation, LTL (Less-Than Truckload), Specialized Heavy Haul Transportation, Freight Forwarding, International Shipping, Intermodal (rail), Air/Ocean, Dedicated Contract Carriage, Warehousing, Pool Distribution, Cross-Docking, Packaging and other Value Added Services.

As a non-asset based service provider, LEL’s mission is to provide 100% customer satisfaction-100% of the time. We position ourselves as a resource to our customers, as opposed to an outsource.

Our service motto is “Our Customers Should Never Need to Ask Us a Question” as we seek to anticipate all of your needs and having the information to you before you ask for it.

Our national network of LEL Agents provides a one stop solution for Specialized/Heavy Haul and Flat Bed transportation throughout North America. These Independent Agents practice a philosophy similar to Leading Edge in their long term “One Call” relationships with their customer base.
